VolunteeringIf you are not cast for a show, or if you are not interested in being on stage, there are still many opportunities for you to be involved at RCT. Each show requires people to run the light board, the soundboard and to work as backstage crew, setting props and doing scene changes. For those who enjoy more responsibilities there is always the chance to serve as Stage Manager, as second in charge to the Director. The theatre also needs lots of hands to help with lobby duties during a show, or assist in promoting the theatre through poster distribution, informational mailings, opening night receptions and ongoing projects at the building such as painting and cleaning. You don’t have to get on stage to be "Friend of the Theatre". Contact the theatre if you are interested in being part of the fun! |
